While preparing a physical layout, special attention should be given to the physical and mental well being of the student. Schools should be located away from different types of pollution, including air and sound. Both are disadvantages for your child. A school's infrastructure is the base for effective teaching and learning in schools. The main goal of effective school infrastructure is to boost staff motivation, school attendance of students and improve the academic achievements of students.
GGSKPS has varied playgrounds with age-appropriate equipment installed for the pure purpose of fun. The idea behind this is to promote the gross motor development of young students and also to encourage free play.
We even have a pleasing 8 acre campus that includes vast open, green spaces where students can enjoy exploring their childhood to the maximum. It's an ideal place for children to sit, eat, chat and create many fond memories.
Building
Building is well developed taking care of the safety of the students. It has three floors the ground , first and second floor . It has proper safety measures, proper stair railings etc . The school consists of 40 well maintained class rooms .
Reception
School reception areas are the heart of a school. it's the first place that visitors see on entering the premises, and presents an opportunity to provide students, and parents with a feel for the learning environment as a whole. GGSKPS school has a beautifully decorated and huge reception area which is used to greet all visitors and to provide a waiting area for them until they are met by the person that they came to the school to meet with.
Security Apparatus
The safety of our children is of prime importance for the school. The entry and exit has a controlled access and only authorized persons can gain entry for any specific purposes. The security personnel are deployed day and night and the complete area of the school is looked after.
Besides this to augment our security systems, all critical areas are covered by the CCTVs which are monitored regularly thereby ensuring that the security of children and infrastructure is covered round the clock. The CCTVs can be monitored on cloud from any location, thus taking care that the campus is constantly under supervision.
Safety Apparatus
School has newly installed the best fire safety system and advanced equipments for the safety of school and students . Since past Fire has been noticed a major problem in many schools . To prevent this our school has installed the best fire safety system .
Equipment Installed -
- Fire & Smoke Alarms : Fire alarms alert everyone in the building that there is a fire and provide an opportunity to either extinguish it or call the fire service before it gets out of control. Once installed, it will be checked timely. It is installed in building to get alert from smoke coming from any side.
- Fire Extinguisher : fire extinguisher are installed to control small fire outbreaks. Installed properly in every floor for preventing fire outbreaks
- Sprinklers : "sprinklers can assist in the control of a fire in its early stages, limiting damage and giving occupants additional time to escape, as well as reducing the risks faced by firefighters attending the incident.
Spacious Classrooms
Too many students can disrupt the engagement level of children. Overcrowded classrooms are associated with increased levels of aggression in students and decreased levels of student engagement and learning.
According to 21st-century learning, classrooms should have sufficient space to allow children to work in teams by adhering to problem-solve and communicate skills effectively.
Well Stocked Library
We firmly believe that reading should begin at an early age as it supplements the oral and written presentation skills of students. We have three age-specific, well-stocked, attractive, libraries to add dimension to your child's personality. The school has separate well-equipped libraries for Primary and Senior Sections. The libraries have open book shelves for easy access. The Junior Library has a wide variety of colourful books to attract the young readers and satisfy their curiosity.
The Senior Library boasts of a wide variety of subject related reference books together with fiction and non-fiction.
Computer Labs
The school has computer lab for both junior and senior sections with 15 latest computers each to equip the staff and students. The students have free access to the systems and are encouraged to exploit the system resources and in this, highly experienced and talented computer teachers and lab assistant support them. The labs maintain 1:1 student computer ratio. It not only helps students to learn computer but also guide them how to utilize technology effectively to attain the maximum performance.
Math Lab
A well equipped Math Lab provides an opportunity for the studens to discover Mathematics through doing.
It is a place to enjoy and explore Mathematical activities. It takes the students beyond curriculum and prepares them to possess the critical and analytical skills for mathematical interpreta-tions. It provides greater scope for involvement of both mind and hand which facilitates cognition.
Physics Lab
The school has a dedicated physics lab with the latest equipment for the students to perform the experiments and acquire hands on experience. It helps to nurture their interests in learning the subject with practical approach.
Chemistry Lab
The chemistry lab is well equipped with all the modern apparatus and chemicals. The students are guided by teachers and lab assistants to complete their projects and experiments. Extra emphasis is given as safety measures for making learning a hassle free progress.
Biology Lab
The biology lab is an interesting place for all the students to visit because it takes them a step nearer to their lives. Keeping the latest syllabus in mind the models, specimens, charts, chemicals, etc. have been well planned.
Play House for Tiny Tots
It is seen quite frequently that small kids get scared when they come to school and starts crying and making excuses. So keeping in view the above situation, the academy has constructed a new playhouse for the tiny tots of Nursery and K.G. which has been designed with colorful paintings and pictures in such a manner that the kids will surely feel at home.
The playhouse has also got the facility of many types of toys which will be used for playing and displaying various types of educational materials to the kids. Here the kids are provided with a combination of basis primary education and various games under the constant vigil of primary teachers and nurses so that they enjoy their every minutes in the school.
The Faculty

GGSKPS has a huge playground with well developed basketball court and volleyball court . A well maintained Running track for athletes.
Indoor Sports
Well equipped indoor sports room. IT has a well maintained table tennis desk, caroms, chess boards, ludo boards and many more.
